"Walking out" morning
You're favourite morning constitutional is back...........Meet at the Ruislip Lido car park at 9:30am on Saturday 15th February.
We will walk/swim to the cafe for a cup of tea and then walk on to an area where rain permitting we can do some exercises.
Remember: You don't get bad weather, only bad clothes!
